I am the best at what I do. No brag, just fact. Some of my recent jobs include a 30 seat outdoor 7.1 theater in the British Virgin Islands, a new sound system and acoustical treatments at the world famous Bowery Ballroom in NYC, and over 2 dozen residential media room/surround sound systems in the Birmingham area. I have toured the world as a sound engineer for many famous artists and have also designed and built many recording studios. I have great ears and eyes, and work with your budget to get you the best bang for your entertainment buck. I design based on your budget and space. I recommend what equipment you should buy and where you should purchase. I design, install, and calibrate each system along with a user tutorial. I was SHOCKED!! Michael Panepento was professional, informational, educational AND, VERY fairly priced! While he was working on ny system, informing me of nearly every move he was making, I joked with Michael, "This may be the best dollars I spend all year." Well, one week since he completed my set-up....it is DEFINITELY going to be the best $$ I spend this entire year!! My system LITERALLY..."rocks the house!" Do yourself a favor...HIRE THIS GUY!!

Hired this company to install two TV's, blue ray, intelligent TV, and sound system. I purchased everything per Michael's specifications. He spent the better part of a day installing and nothing worked properly. Michael returned a couple of times, usually telling me that nothing was wrong. TV was out of sync, remote did not work, and sound system did not work properly. After several tries it became apparent to me that Michael could not/would not, or didn't know how to fix the problems. I finally gave up and called a famous home store chain and they came out(Geek-Squad). I have now had to change out virtually everything, cause nothing worked. Michaels' response to me was via email and said "have a nice weekend". Sad experience with a considerable cost. It appears that Michael can't do what he promises nor knows how to fix it when he does. Michael will not accept responsibility for his unsuccessful work and does not seem to care if it cost me a lot of money nor if the project ever gets completed properly.

"Very unfortunate situation. Only bad review I have ever received. I have installed the same system multiple times in multiple locations, without issues. System always worked from day one. I returned twice- ( for free- no charge) at the request of the client, and both times everything worked as it should when I left the client. My work was NOT unsuccessful or wrong. Everything worked as it should have when it was installed. Could not keep going back and chasing problems that were not equipment oriented. Very sorry."

They're fabulous. They give good value for the money. They're prompt, kind, courteous and they don't make you feel like an idiot when it comes to audio/visual. We aren't the most high tech family. They gave us what we needed and didn't try to oversell. I couldn't possibly recommend them any higher.
