Erik was very professional. He contacted me quickly and kept me posted as to his arrival time. He has very good people skills and is a great communicator. He is very knowledgeable about all facets of gas fireplace inserts. He took all the necessary time to answer all my questions and walked me through the lighting procedures of the different kind of systems. eric was terrific! very professional, personal, and treated us like family. got an estimate in a timely manner and did the work timely as well. he fixed the door on my fireplace as well and i didn't even have to ask him to. showed me before and after pictures and made sure i understood what needed to be done.explained warranty as well. cleaned up very well and didn't make a mess.he respected my home and fixed everything right the first time. excited to build a fire for Christmas as we have not had a fire in 15 years. will definely use them again and ask for eric!

Very honest , didnt try and sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need to do. Was a little late but gave me plenty of updates was just doing another job and it ran a bit late. I like all his reports and pictures. Never know if you dont get on the roof if they do what they are paid to do. Also the warranty is amazing.

Erik showed up on the day and around the time he told me he would be here. I feel as though he done a good job on his work. Told me exactly what he was gonna do and never pressured me into doing any other work I didn’t want done. He did suggest other things that might need to be done, but again never pressured me into doing those other things that might need to be done overall I feel Eric done a good job.
