The pro ,Jerry Nesmith was efficient , well aware of the both the plumbing problem and solution.

They installed an RPZ valve to city specifications. They are well-trained, efficient and thorough. We call them for furnace, water heater and other plumbing work. They're great.

We hired Aladdin to do all the plumbing and radiant heat in a gut renovation of our home. When we moved in we discovered all the cold water faucets delivered hot water (about 95 degrees). Aladdin blamed the problem on faulty fixtures and walked off the job in a huff. Through many months work we eventually tracked the problem to a plumbing error: Aladdin had not followed the engineer's spec and had failed to install a check valve between hot water tank and cold water system. There were other failures too, e.g hot water shut off valves Aladdin had installed, did not work on one floor.

They were very polite, neat and professional. They tracked down my water heater and found it had 3 yrs left on the warranty. Had a plumber come and start taking out the old heater, while the replacement was delivered. They hauled out the old water heater, lowered in the new water heater, hooked it up and were done in about 2 hours. Very satisfied with the work that was done, both in the office and on site!

They replaced my faucet without any issues.
