Although the quality of the work on our home was good, we experienced several problems with pricing and overall communication. The home was inspected to determine the work to be done. We were given a price which we felt was high and a lower price was accepted. During the work, the technician contacted us numerous times advising how difficult the job was and eventually moved from a quote of $500 to accepting $400 and then forwarding a suggested bill for $625. We were not pleased and felt we should have been given a realistic rate from the beginning. We would not recommend this company.
