14 POE Cameras/NVR/Additional Network wiring on three floors, including a garage foundation. This guy is a giant (even to me and I'm 6'3"), but don't be intimdated; he is a great guy. He gave me a good quote on a big job and did a great job. I am in Chattanooga, TN and he lives in Atlanta. He ended up having to come out 3 times (2 of those well over 8 hour days) and buy some extra parts/supplies but did not bat an eye, make a complaint, or change the quoted price. I ended up paying him a decent amount over that quote, simply because he more than earned it. Even my wife was pleased/impressed with his work and she is a super-critic of contract work. Do yourself a favor and give him a try; I promise you won't be sorry.

I am naturally inquisitive, and the owner was extremely patient in answering my questions. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable on everything from camera placement to camera performance, app setup, and utilization. I would most certainly recommend this company if you need to install a new or upgrade an existing surveillance system.

This person has great customer service skills. He did not have knowledge of PTZ cameras and failed to install the PTZ cameras.

"This customer was a great individual, however he purchased incompatible equipment but in spite of this incompatibility I attempted to troubleshoot and make his system work, but the customer refused to give me space in order for me to concentrate on configuring his Sunba ip cameras to his Hikvision Nvr and repeatedly interrupted me with questions and suggestions as I was trying to work and focus on the task at hand. This clearly demonstrated that this customer had a lack of social awareness as well a clear bias and doubted my abilities from the beginning which left very little chance of the task being completed. It's very important as a customer not to hover over your technician and to allow your technician the space and time to focus, because the troubleshooting process can take some and constant interruptions can break a technician's rhythm. Steve came to my home to mount 3 flat screen televisions, he did a excellent job. Heâ  s very knowledgeable and professional; heâ  s detailed oriented with a good amount of pre planning by taking accurate measurements, leveling and a knack for finding the optimal mounting height. My experience in dealing with this company was outstanding until I started experiencing problems a short time after installation. When I would contact Mr. Alamassee he would respond within a reasonable period of time to resolve the issue(s). He even change out the DVR recorder in an effort to solve the issue(s). At one point he even changed out one of more of the cameras. The problems with the system continued. At this point, I began to notice that it became more and more difficulty to reach him, and/or his response became extremely slow. The last time he responded he changed out the DVR. I was having problems with one of my cameras at that time. When he left, he stated to me that if this didnt resolve the problem, he would change out my cameras free of charge provided I bought them (I had mentioned to him that I was considering all color cameras.) . I agreed to this. However, since that time I havent been able to get in contact with him. I have called him numerous time, and have even text him numerous times, but to no avail. The latest attempt to reach Mr. Alamassee was January 21, 2021. So, why am I submitting this review at this time? Considering that the country have been going through a pandemic, I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt that perhaps he was dealing with the virus. However, considering the time period, and the research exhausted to check on him, and finding no evidence of this being the case, I felt that I was left with no other choice. After all, I paid Mr. Alamassee in full, and was never late. Believe me, I find no joy in submission of this message. In fact, should I learned that the reason he has not responded to me , I will gladly prepare a different message. All the other positive reviews are not without notice, but business is business. "This customer is fabricating this story. Mr. L has received several free upgrades and numerous free truck rolls over a period of time in an effort to ensure his satisfaction with his system. In the last visit which was pre-pandemic, we were able to isolate the root of the issue with the system to a faulty DVR, in which Mr. L received a free upgrade to a 5 megapixel 8 channel DVR and in the last follow up communication with Mr. L he informed me that the new DVR was working much more smoothly and that the overall system operation was much improved and he also stated that he would follow up in the future about any camera issues or upgrades that he may be interested in. Mr. L claims that he attempted to contact us numerous times but within the last year I have only received one message from Mr. L which we attempted to respond to. If he reached out any other time during 2020 we were unaware of the communication. It's also worth noting that Mr. L is not a verified HomeAdvisor customer and did not discover us on the HomeAdvisor platform so it's a bit disingenuous for him to come on this platform and leave a disparaging comment such as this. Again we take pride in taking care of our customers and our record speaks for itself. We look forward to working with all new customers and constituents in the future. I would recommend Alamasse Systems to anyone. In fact I already referred him to two people. I’m very picky when it comes to hiring someone to do something I can do myself. First of all..on time. Some of the areas I felt couldn’t be reached where I wanted my cameras. Not for Alamassee Systems. Very Professional. Main thing I paid attention to was “the actual labor”!! My goodness Alamassee Systems work is SO amazing I was actually thankful I gave him a call. The way the wires were ran to the actual completion of the install. Everything was the way I wanted it. Even took the time to explain the system functions. I already checked on prices because I know electricians that are very close friends and I asked what they charge just to see what I was walking into, so I knew around a ballpark figure already..... all this to say Alamassee Systems will from here on out will always and from now on be my go to for home security, TV mounting or anything dealing with data cabling. Alamassee Systems is highly recommended.
