"This customer was a great individual, however he purchased incompatible equipment but in spite of this incompatibility I attempted to troubleshoot and make his system work, but the customer refused to give me space in order for me to concentrate on configuring his Sunba ip cameras to his Hikvision Nvr and repeatedly interrupted me with questions and suggestions as I was trying to work and focus on the task at hand. This clearly demonstrated that this customer had a lack of social awareness as well a clear bias and doubted my abilities from the beginning which left very little chance of the task being completed. It's very important as a customer not to hover over your technician and to allow your technician the space and time to focus, because the troubleshooting process can take some and constant interruptions can break a technician's rhythm. "This customer is fabricating this story. Mr. L has received several free upgrades and numerous free truck rolls over a period of time in an effort to ensure his satisfaction with his system. In the last visit which was pre-pandemic, we were able to isolate the root of the issue with the system to a faulty DVR, in which Mr. L received a free upgrade to a 5 megapixel 8 channel DVR and in the last follow up communication with Mr. L he informed me that the new DVR was working much more smoothly and that the overall system operation was much improved and he also stated that he would follow up in the future about any camera issues or upgrades that he may be interested in. Mr. L claims that he attempted to contact us numerous times but within the last year I have only received one message from Mr. L which we attempted to respond to. If he reached out any other time during 2020 we were unaware of the communication. It's also worth noting that Mr. L is not a verified HomeAdvisor customer and did not discover us on the HomeAdvisor platform so it's a bit disingenuous for him to come on this platform and leave a disparaging comment such as this. Again we take pride in taking care of our customers and our record speaks for itself. We look forward to working with all new customers and constituents in the future.
