Alamo Inspections

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Buying an older home is nerve-wracking enough without wondering whether you're about to fall into a money pit, but Art's inspection gave me real peace of mind going into discussions with the seller. His inspection was thorough and not rushed (even in this Texas summer heat), and he took the time afterward to explain what he observed and why it mattered, in plain language, and answer my questions. His report was just as thorough. He photographed every single thing he found, with clear arrows and notes. Every deficiency came with a real and fair explanation of the risk and a sensible recommendation for fixing it. You can tell he genuinely cared about protecting the people reading it, and he wanted us to walk into this purchase with our eyes open. I highly recommend Art to anyone buying a home, especially first-timers like me.

Professional, timely and dependable.

Art did a complete inspection of my home. I got the report the next day. He was professional and thorough. Thanks Art! I feel more comfortable knowing that my home is safe.

Art is the best!

Most responsive home inspector I have ever dealt with in 30 years. Excellent follow-up.

Art was amazing!! He was flexible with scheduling as I had to move the inspection several times due to the builder. He was very thorough and was looking out for my best interest. Thanks Art!

Alamo inspected our home and I was very pleased with the service from Art. The report was very thorough and extremely detailed. He spent his time with the inspection and explained every little detail. I could have been more pleased. We had a foundation inspection done, but Art had already covered all in home inspection. Great job and very pleased.

Art is very professional. We were really impressed. He gave us detailed narration happy with the report.

Art made a awesome job and he responded quickly to my concerns. He provided a detailed report including photos and description on the issues reported. He made a clean report that helped out to take a wise decision in my acquisition of a house

Highly recommend.

Art responded promptly to my initial inquiry. He is articulate and sincere in his communication. He was attentive to my concerns. The comprehensive report arrived within hours of the inspection and included photos and detailed narratives. My expectations were greatly exceeded. Wow!!!

Art was great! He's super personable and dedicated to providing a strong relationship with the people he works with. The quality of his inspection was far better than I could have hoped for, and even my realtor was impressed with how detailed and thorough he was and plans to call him in the future. His willingness to be a resource for his clients even after the inspection is unbeatable and as a first time buyer and someone relatively new to the area, it's really something that put him above and beyond the competition.

Very thorough abs professional!

Excellent service with detailed report.

Art has been very kind and informative from the moment we met him. We could not be happier with the very thorough job he did performing our home inspection. He had a follow up call with us after we received the inspection by email; he answered every question we threw at him. Would highly recommend to anyone for his services. Thanks Art!

Art was fantastic! He runs the whole company by himself, which was important to me because I knew he was not working for someone else. He was very personable, knowledgeable, gave great suggestions, and even stayed longer to check up on a few more things after we had left. My realtor later remarked that he was impressed by his work during our walkthrough, which says a lot. Art knows plenty of other contractors as well to help you solve any issues. He was quick to respond to messages and gets the documentation in when he says he will. You cannot go wrong with Art, highly recommend!

Art Jimenez did a very thorough inspection. He also was more than willing to share any information with me, including recommendations for other services I needed.

Wish every person I dealt with was like him.
