They responded within 3 minutes of my completing the online request for service, they have a service technician at my house within 30 minutes, and the job was completed within another hour. They replaced and repaired to broken sprinkler units and adjusted some of the others to minimize water flow into the street. Their service was exceptional.

Arrived on time. Diagnosed quickly, made necessary repair and completely explained the system and how to set the box. As we were not the original homeowners, having the system directions demonstrated was very helpful.

Within minutes of asking for a sprinkler system repair company, Laurie, with Alamo Irrigation called me to set up an appointment. Alejandro was waiting for me at the property. Very professional, got right on the job, found the broken heads, plus several other sprinkler heads that had leaking seals. Within one hour he had replaced 7 heads, made sure the system was running correctly and then set the sprinkler system to run on the designated day. I am a Realtor w/several properties & this is the best sprinkler co I have had in 29 years.

I entered my request on Home Advisor at 7:15 Thursday night. Within 60 seconds, Laurie called me and said that they could work me in for Friday. By 11am Friday morning they had called me, come to the house, and diagnosed the problem. Great customer service. i would definitely recommend them. Quick, kind and helpful.

No issues with the service. The gentleman was efficient and professional. However, with their one-hour minimum, it was hard to pay $78 for 10 minutes of effort, to switch out just one sprinkler. Perhaps they should also have a half-hour job rate, say $50?

The serviceman they sent "Michael" I believe, was absolutely the nicest service person I have dealt with in a long time. He was friendly, helpful, instructive, and really knew what he was doing.

I was called 30 minutes ahead so I was allowed to prepare for AIs arrival at my home. He confirmed the work to be done and quickly addressed the requested repair to our broken (and buried) sprinkler head. Upon checking our system he found an additional head that was malfunctioning, and rebuilt it on-the-spot with parts rather than just replacing the whole unit. After repairs, he made adjustments to the angles of the heads, and helped me with the process of programming the control unit in the garage to ensure that we weren't using too much water. What else could one ask for? the price was quite reasonable for all that was done :)

Came exactly at the time agreed upon, even gave a courtesy call 15 minutes before arriving. Performed the job as requested, and kindly offered suggestions, some of which I accepted some I deferred. A service very well worth the money.
