Insurance replacement of Roof work was completed and there was one area that Alamo roofing did not do as it was not part of the claim. The flue cap. The representative Odie, recommended an individual who knew exactly what proof the insurance company would need, We are ready to have the work done, and have tried numerous times to call Odie, and even called the main office number, however have had no response. We feel like once the company gets paid, they no longer want to deal with their customers! If this is the treatment for just getting additional information, how will they treat us if we have a problem with the roof? Very disappointed with how Odie and Alamo roofing has handled this.

My neighbor had an Alamo Roofing sign in her yard. I highly trust my neighbors research into solid businesses so I reached out to them. The service was prompt, professional and they kept me informed the whole time. My representative Chris P was the glue in the whole process. He walked us through his part, helped with the insurance requirements and was their to represent me as the homeowner when a third party company came out from my insurance company. It was an amazing experience that we have another neighbor working directly with Chris to provide the same services. Call them… reach out… they won’t disappoint. Lisa G
