Very professional and committed to after-install service.

They came in; & quickly saw what would be best piping route, and did a 'Clean' Installation. Only thing, I wish they had given us a Pipe w/trap diagram. When City Code Inspector came to certify the Work, neither he; Nor the Alamo rep, who just happened to be there to review the job, could, at first, find an Installed trap. It was in between rafters up in Attic, way over by outside wall. Otherwise, a Neat and professional job; & No digging up of yard was needed!

From the sales rep to the office staff and installers I received top notch service. Sales rep was not pushy. He explained their products in details & made recommendations for my needs of replaccing my water softener. Office staff kept me updated on the installers arrival. I was pleased that the installers asked to come early. Which worked out great for me. He explained the operation of my new unit. They were efficient and left the premises in clean condition. I highly recommend their company.

AWS has an awesome employee! James was syuper informative and provided detail explanations for what he was doing. He gave positive recommendations and he gave active listening to our needs. I'm uncertain about the value for the money because my unit was just installed. Over a period of 4 years or so I will know whether the extra cost for filtration was worth the cost. But I'm betting it will be.

The service provided was excellent, technician James was very knowledgable about the product brand. He was so professional and patient to explain step by step for filter replacement and answered all questions about our system as we are fairly new home owners with this system.

James was fantastic! He goes the extra mile - removed an iron guard rail in front of the system and added two bags of salt free of charge for scheduling prior to the end of the year.

Alamo water is an wonderful company that does amazing work! Aside from how great their soft era are, their customer service is also out of this world! Unfortunately we had a fluke disaster no fault of Alamo water, and they took such good care of us by making sure everything was cleaned up and repaired so quickly (sent a plummer out at 8pm), all the while keeping me calm and reassuring me THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF US, and they kept their word.

What an awesome experience. Starting with Alisa, who was awesome. Then Theresa then Matthew the Installer. I met Alisa here at 9:30 and my water softener was installed by 3pm the same day. I would totally recommend them. If you need a water softener call and ask for Alisa. She is awesome.

James was very polite and kept us informed throughout. He offered us recommendation on how to maximize use of our system. We are very satisfied and will call AWS again.

On time, knowledgeable, friendly. Booties would have been nice, but not a disqualifying factor.

James the technician was very personable and professional. My reverse osmosis system was not producing the normal amount of water. After checking out the system James determined the tank needed air which he quickly resolved. He also checked the hardness of my regular water. The test indicated my water was hard which meant my water softener was not working. The tank was almost full of water and the timer/motor wasn't working.

James was friendly, skilled and professional.
