They came in; & quickly saw what would be best piping route, and did a 'Clean' Installation. Only thing, I wish they had given us a Pipe w/trap diagram. When City Code Inspector came to certify the Work, neither he; Nor the Alamo rep, who just happened to be there to review the job, could, at first, find an Installed trap. It was in between rafters up in Attic, way over by outside wall. Otherwise, a Neat and professional job; & No digging up of yard was needed!

From the sales rep to the office staff and installers I received top notch service. Sales rep was not pushy. He explained their products in details & made recommendations for my needs of replaccing my water softener. Office staff kept me updated on the installers arrival. I was pleased that the installers asked to come early. Which worked out great for me. He explained the operation of my new unit. They were efficient and left the premises in clean condition. I highly recommend their company.

I'm uncertain about the value for the money because my unit was just installed. Over a period of 4 years or so I will know whether the extra cost for filtration was worth the cost. But I'm betting it will be.
