Complete Home Inspection
Alan was extremely professional and very thorough on my home inspection. His digital report was fantastic. The detail was amazing stating clearly what condition each inspected item was currently in and what was needed to bring everything up to code or standard condition. I could not have asked for a better experience. In fact Alan has been extremely helpful even beyond the inspection!! I would have no hesitation in recommending him and will do business with him in the future.

Gutters & Downspouts - Clean
Alan and his crew member were very thorough in assessing the gutter and surrounding area. They made some minor repairs in aligning the gutter properly, and cleaning it thoroughly. they worked quickly and efficiently. The charges were better than reasonable. I would recommend him highly! And he will be my first call when in need of the services he offers.

Window Frame - Repair
First of all I want to thank Alan & Dan for showing up. Like I told them, you can't find anyone that wants to do small jobs. They did a great job, and were done in a little over an hour. I would reccomend these gentlemen to anyone. I told them I will be calling them soon for several other jobs that I have lined up. Great job guys..thanks!!!
