Project: Install new exterior door. Alan is a perfectionist and his work was exceptional. It took a while to get the materials we needed due to the pandemic, but he kept me informed all along the way and did a great job.

Alan ghosted me. We were scheduling another project, and he removed my contact info from my messaging. I went online searching for his company name. No site. He never called me even after he showed me the parts he would purchased for our next project. His initial work was good, although overpriced. I really wanted him to complete two other projects, but he would disappeared. I am sorry he did this.
