Alan's crew did a major repair of a flood-damaged bathroom. They did Sheetrock work, painting, flooring, installation of a new vanity and electrical work. The project was done on time and within budget. His crew also painted two dozen doors in our house and replaced all the door hardware. I also hired his team to totally rebuild a side room, and the work involved near structural wood, roof repairs, Sheetrock, painting, rewiring and replacement of some damaged ceramic tiles. Again, his crew did a terrific job and we were totally satisfied with the work and the cleanup throughout the project and upon the project's completion.

Alan was referred to us by another painter who was unable to do the work. When we contacted him, he was responsive, punctual, and was able to visit and give us a quote within two days. We were so satisfied with how well the staining was done, that we hired him to replace our windows and replace and refinish our wood floors. Alan is an honest, reliable contractor who is genuinely a nice person and is conscientious about his work and takes pride in the end result. His pricing is reasonable and the people that work for him were honest, respectful and good at what they do. We highly recommend him and will continue to use him in the future.

I have a very old home and Alan seemed truly interested in "restoring" the home and making it look fresh again. With an old house are old windows- storms and screens.This was not an easy job opening all windows and getting storms and screens out so they could reglaze and paint exterior of windows.They did an excellent job with reglazing and never complained about how tough some windows were to open-- thanks, George, for opening the tough ones! They did a professional job, showed up when they said they would. I will use Alan Drake for future projects.
