Alan was very friendly. He came to my home and removed the gas pipe and also installed 3 new water faucets for me. His price was fair, cheaper than another company who had come out and given me a price.

We had a old rusted pipe that broke in the kitchen. Fast response. Mr.Marks was at our place same day and was able to schedule and complete all of the work next day. I was sad to learn that back of our new kitchen cabinets will have to be cut into. :( However, I was pleased with how carefully it was done and some patching work that was done afterwards really made it look like not a big deal. Thank you.

He did a fabulous job. He gave us a realistic estimate for parts and a very fair price for the labor involved. The work itself was excellent. He also was friendly and easy to work with. I would refer him to everyone that needs a great, honest plumber.

He was very easy to work with and was knowledgable and got the job done.

I wouldn't be able to hire him again. Job NOT finished. Marks walked away. Called the morning he was to arrive to install the mounting in the bathroom wall for pedestal sink and told me in no uncertain terms he wasn't going to do it. This although on many occasions said he would.He had me purchase the lumber.In fact on this same morning the plasterer was there. Marks was involved from the get go on purchasing all the fixtures and had in fact hired a carpenter to vent this bathroom. He worked with Quincy inspectors and new what was needed. He has in my opinion decided he just doesn't want to invest any more in this project. NOT RIGHT!

Alan returned all of my calls, answered all of my questions, and was able to come out to the house to look at my project within two days. He made some great recommendations. To date, no work has been performed, but I will be using Alan Marks in the future.

Alan is very pleasant and does good work. I gave 4/5 stars on some things because I don't think the price was totally clear. The job wasn't broke down by a $ amount per hour, just a total figure.

The service Alan provided was superior in every way, from his flexible, short-notice scheduling to his prompt arrival at the appointed time to the great clean-up at the end of the job our experience with Alan was excellent. Alan also made a point to follow up with us during the evening of the day the job was done. That follow-up and the attention to detail Alan showed on the job led us to hire him to replace our water heater within a few days of completing the first job. The replacement was also done expertly and completely - from Alan's tracking down our warrantty information to scheduling the inspector everything was handled pefectly.

A-1 SERVICE. Alan was here as promised and did a great job troubleshooting my gas log stove issues. He went the extra mile to find the problem! I will surely call him again in the future and will recommed him to others. THANKS ALAN
