He showed up on time and worked hard. But he put a new cleanout in the middle of my yard -- I think he should have been able to think of a better place than dead center in the middle of the grass in a nice neighborhood. Neighbors are asking that we have it moved to a less conspicuous location. Otherwise his price was right and he was very good at answering questions and returning phone calls.

Wonderful service and right price

Alan Vance located the replacement water heater I wanted, and installed it without delay. I watched the installation and was impressed with his plumbing skills. He also cleaned up after the installation. I thought the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend Alan to anyone needing a plumber.

I am a 32 yr old home owner- I was undecided on the hot water replacment- ie solar- gas -electric. Alan was very helpfull in helping me with my choice. He called me back within 5 min . He also called to make sure that my problem was solved, this being before I had even made a choice for what company I wanted to fix my problem. He told me he wanted to make sure that I was takin care of, even if he was not the one doing the job. I would highly recommend this guy, he is honest and very fair price and fast. He showed up the very next day and was done super fast. Please take my word this is the guy you want fixing your water heater problem.

Alan did a great job and finished the job in a timely manner. We had a small leak and he came back and fixed the problem quickly.

I WOKE UP THIS SATURDAY MORNING TO NO HOT WATER. I WENT ON SERVICE MAGIC TO FIND A WATER HEATER REPAIRMAN. THREE NAMES POPPED UP AND ALAN CALLED ME WITHIN 1 MINUTE OF MY INQUIRY.
