I first tried Lowes contracting service to install my ceiling fan, but when they heard that I have electrical wiring in the house (common in bellaire/meadowbrook houses of vintage 1970's), they were concerned about liability and refused to do the job. Alan waters electric not only did the job, but dissassembled the previous contractor's wiring and re-wired onto the aluminum ends using materials that rendered the connection safe. also, the price was roughly 1/2 of what Lowes wanted.

Alan Waters who is the owner was the Electrician and he was quick, did it to code and was priced very fair.

He was pleasant and polite and wasted no time getting to work. He does all the work himself which I believe helps guarantee quality. The only downside is that an assistant may help him work faster. Even then, I am very happy with his work.

On time, super job, cost as estimated. Will use again for any future electrical work. A quality and cost efficient pro - with out a doubt a 5 star rating
