About us

At Alaniz Cleaning, we listen to our costumers and develop a cleaning service based on what their needs are. The employees are hard workers and well trained by Lucy (owner). Services include: BATHROOMS: Wash sinks, toilets, shower/bathtub, clean floor and all surfaces with disinfectant, shine all mirrors and surfaces. KITCHEN: Clean and shine kitchen countertops, the exterior of all appliances, remove burners on the stove and clean with degreaser, wipe cabinet doors and clean floors with wood/tile care products. BEDROOMS: Make beds (change sheets up to the customer for extra charge), dust all surfaces, dust blinds and fans, clean mirrors, vacuum or clean with wood/tile floor products. LIVING ROOM: Dust whole living areas, clean and shine all surfaces, dust blinds, baseboards, light fixtures, vacuum or clean with wood/tile products. LAUNDRY: Clean washer and dryer, wipe all surfaces and clean floor. Note: We provide all of the cleaning products, unless costumer prefers to provide them.

Lucy is the owner and is wonderful! Very quick to communicate and sends a great crew of employees. My house is roughly 3000 square feet and with 4 people, they are done in an hour. Itâ s great to have the house shiny and clean! Their work is good and price is very reasonable! They did a one time deep clean which was excellent and now come twice a week for regular cleaning. I highly recommend this service!

The ladies are consistent in the great job they do cleaning our house. They leave our bathrooms scrubbed squeaky clean, windows I can see out of again, carpet thatâ s free of dog hair and a kitchen that sparkles after theyâ re done. With two toddlers our home is always scattered with crumbs, spills and dog hair from our pup. But when theyâ re done I feel like I can breathe again inside our home. Iâ ve been using them for 2 years and have no complaints.

This team always does a great job! They are very attentive to details. They will do other jobs such as folding laundry or cleaning out the refrigerator for a small fee. The ladies are always so pleasant and punctual! We love them!
