Will not respond to requests to correct IMPROPER INSTALL. Just disappeared after being paid. Look I dont mind seeing someone I know pay top dollar for top quality but I do mind when its paid for and the installer doesnt stand behind his work and warranty the install. LOOK OUT FOR THIS ONE. Would've been better off going with the lower cost quote...

Overall good experience. When he stretched the carpet a spot near a vent needed to be patched. I was never asked he just did it and charged me at the end. I just like to be informed. Looks great and comes with a 2 year warranty. Doesn't clean up the loose carpet really well which takes a whole minute to do yourself. Looks and functions well overall. Would use again.

Sorry about not telling you about the patch that was needed I'll start letting people know if that is needed for futur jobs and I did sweep and got as much as I could but if you mean vacuuming then I'll start doing that as well again I'm sorry I didn't fully meet your needs and thank you for the imput. I hope all gose well and I'm here whenever you need me.

  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
