I was charged $240 to replace a small part that on took 10 minutes to put on. $50 for the part, $85 for labor, $85 for service call, plus tax. This is the first time I have ever had to have an appliance repaired and needless to say I was shocked at the price but wasn't sure I was being over charged until I asked around. This business is only 15 minutes from my home and that I was told I was over charged on the service and labor charges. The gentleman was super nice and friendly, but I can't afford him and will never call him again.
