Some punch items I had to ask to come back and redo.

Mike and his subcontractors do quality work. The only problem that I had with the whole experience is getting things done in a timely manner. It seemed like everything went too slow for us and the overall project took longer than it should have. I would recommend them but with the suggestion of adding a penalty clause for passing a mutually agreed of finishing date.

This business is very professional. The work is superior. I would highly recommend them.

Very friendly and pleasant people. I would give them the keys to the house so they could come and go as they pleased. Very pleasant and klonwagible suppliers also. Show us all our oppositions. Quaility work. Took a little longer than planned do to unforeseen issue but they were handled very professionally and in a timely manner. Thanks Mike.

Our renovation project was scheduled to take 5-6 weeks. It took quite a bit longer due in part to changes but also due to some contractor re-work. Mike was always professional and helpful in getting resolution. It didn't go seamless, but in the end, Mike Alarie made things right.

Just extremely pleased with his work. I like that he said what he would do. He made a better plan for the work, made it more efficient in what I wanted.
