    Exceptional, professional and respectful completing the job and an unmatched attention to detail. He will be back next spring for the rest of our house. Phil did our outside and inside work this year and we WILL have him back in the spring for our other work.

    Philippe was a great guy. A very good and detailed painter. But....there were some items that weren't finished and that we had to attend to ourselves (a few places that he'd patched, but never sanded and painted), and the cover to our doorbell (the interior part) that he removed for painting purposes seems to have disappeared. Also, he ended up being as expensive as the 'bigger' names in town...the ones that also come highly rated, but who send out 'teams' of painters and get the job done in 3 days or so. Philippe was here a full week. Again, a great guy, but not entirely sure I'd hire him again.....

    This estimate was for painting only. No wall repair was included in this estimate.The walls were in rough shape with plenty of old patches that had not been properly sanded and just painted over. This was discussed in the estimate and was not a concern. However I did repair a few major areas in the master bedroom with joint compound for free and also painted ceilings for free that were not included in the original estimate. The doorbell cover was on top of a bookshelf wall that was being demoed one morning that I arrived for work. I enjoyed working for Susan but after reading this review I'm not sure I'd want to work for her again.

    Phil was the 1st painter to come and give us an estimate. We liked him from the moment he entered our home. He was on time, polite and able to start the next day. He did a great job and would definitely hire him again. We love, love, love our red room.
