Alarm Direct installed a 4K surveillance camera system. Excellent response time and completion of work when planned. Most contractors make you wait. They did not. Highly recommended.

Very good communications on appointment arrival time. All work was done extremely well by Henry and his wife, both very professional and knowledgeable. Installed my outside residential RING cameras and flood lights. 6 units total with 3 located 20 feet high above 2nd story and working well. They stayed until 9 pm to complete optimal spotlight positioning and to demonstrate system programming. The job also included installing 2 RING Smart PAR 38, LED Flood lights that were connected through the RING Bridge, all working very well. Yes, I recommend Henry and will contact him again for any future requirements of this nature.
