They were very patient in explaining everything they were going to do and what they were charging me. They insured I knew how to operate the system and they worked out the connection with the router and stayed until everything worked. Over all I feel they went above and beyond.

I had four surveillance cameras and two motion detectors installed and my security system upgraded. The installers did a great job. I am very pleased with the system. However was not given instructions on how to operate the DVR.

Easy to schedule and the company showed up on time. Install was quick and easy and the professional who came out went through the features comprehensively.

Not very happy, at all. First off I was suppose to get white cameras to blend in with my house. The installers did not have so I had to get brown ones. The night vision is non-existent. You cannot see anything, at all. Everything is black and fuzzy. Was not told until after the installation, on the second visit that the cameras would not be able to pick up much at night time. Was informed that there may be better cameras with night vision in a year or two. Purchased 5 cameras and paid over $2500.00, and now my monitor has a huge blank black space that cannot be removed unless I purchase a 6th camera. The huge blank black space just looks bad on the monitor. The cameras are not very expansive and only cover a small space at a time. The installers cut the wow cable lines leading into the house and I had to pay $50.00 that wow added into my bill for the repair, of said wire. I was told the wiring would be done into the attic and would not be visible. That they needed access to my attic. When the installation crew came they said it was way too hot to install into the attic, so now, THERE are wires everywhere and very visible. And they left a ton of wire pieces and product pieces for me to clean up. Still picking up pieces in grass and on sides of the house. I called on two separate occasions to comment and to complain and was told they would get back to me. I have not received a return call, at this time. Also, for the 5th camera I was quoted a $250.00 price. When I contacted the sales person to have installed, I was told it would be $500.00. When I asked what happened to the $250.00 quote I was told ok, $250.00. Then I got a text message, later on saying it would be, $275.00. So, I had to end up paying $275,00 to get a 5th camera to cover an area that the sales person told me would be covered with the 4 cameras, that I originally purchased. I see so many positive reviews but I did not have that experience.
