My name is Kevin Daughety and I am the owner/operator and i will personally be your inspector. With 16 years of experience in the home improvement industry as a business owner I know the standards of quality sound construction practices. Being a retired builder I have dealt with a lot of inspectors in my 40+ years. Kevin by far is the most detailed and thorough inspector I have ever came across. His knowledge of construction and defects are superior. I would not use anyone else. On top of his expertise he is flexible with scheduling and works around your time schedule. Kevin, did an excellent inspection. He mailed me photo since I live in Colorado. After I receive the inspection based on Kevin finding I would have bid on property. The bidding had ended. Kevin had the report completed on Tuesday evening. I called Kevin on Monday he was very easy to talk to and got right on the job the next in the afternoon. I told Kevin if I find another auction in North Carolina I would be calling him again. thanks..ted

We are from out of State purchasing a home in North Carolina. Kevin was outstanding! His initial return call was quick, he was thorough and called us that evening to go over his inspection with us. Because his inspection was so thorough, we were able to save $25K off the selling price. We only needed to use his "Summary" Report. That's where the tires hit the pavement.
