We requested 3 quotes, and Victor's was best. He showed up on time, was respectful and polite, and his employees got right down to work. They did everything they needed to as quickly and safely as possible. We were very pleased with the job.

Victor and his team did a great job for us removing the asbestos from our steam pipes. The price was great and the crew was very courteous, competent, and efficient. And from the first appointment with Victor to the day of the actual removal, they all arrived when they said they would. We are happy to recommend Alberta Construction.

Asbestos removal is expensive however they came in and did a very good job can't ask for more

Victor was very professional. He had the best price after 3 estimates and was able to accomodate our schedule. We did have to have his team come back and re-do some areas that rather than being removed were encapusulated. Victor came himself to view our concerns and immediately had a man on site to address our issues. Finding qualified workers to do the work these days is not an easy task, but an owner who is willing to give excellent customer service is. Victor did that.

Overall they were good. Very reasonable. Quick to respond. Professional. Courteous. Had it not been for the issue after the project I would have given them 5 stars. The workers cleaned up, conveyed a very cryptic message to my daughter, and left. Had I not left work early to survey the final outcome, I would not of realized that not only was our heat/hot water not turned back on, but a drain pipe had been broken, and left on the floor hidden from site. I immediately called the contractor after taking photos and sending an email to express how displeased I was. He did send a gentleman out to make the repair. It took him almost 3 hours. I should have been notified IMMEDIATELY about the pipe. I could have and would have been prepared.

I cannot say enough regarding this company. Victor explained step by step what would transpire with the removal. They were very professional and so hard working. I had alot of questions because I have never dealt with something like this and Victor always responded quickly. And as far as the price he was the most reasonable after 5 estimates.You will not be sorry. Very happy with the whole experience. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Victor was great to chat with. He was quick at responding via email. Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet him on the day of the job. His guys were quick and only took a day to remove ~300 ft of asbestos. The only issue is that half of our electrical in the basement stopped working? I believe it was something on their end, but we discovered this issue after payment.
