If you value your home, do not let this man near your property! Have a fire extinguisher near as his trousers are known to spontaneously combust with every other sentence he speaks. LOCK UP ALL YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY. If you do hire him, have ZERO expectations of the job ever being completed, yet alone completed correctly.
