Approximately 1 1/2 years ago, one of their plumbers efficiently diagnosed and resolved issues with our Noritz water heater, delivering commendable service. Fast forward to late December 2023, when an unusual moaning sound emanated from the same water heater. I recorded the intermittent noise, and Deandre, their plumber, promptly addressed the issue by descaling the heater. He confidently declared the job complete. However, upon my inquiry about the persisting sound, he revisited the heater and identified a faulty pump. Noritz, recognizing the pump was still under warranty, dispatched a replacement. Two weeks later, Edgar installed the new pump. To my dismay, the same disturbing noise persisted that night, indicating the problem had not been resolved. The following morning, I reported the ongoing issue, and I was assured by the company that a manager would contact me that day or the next. Regrettably, no such call materialized. Despite my repeated attempts over the next five days, reaching out daily, I never received a callback. Each time I called, I was promised a manager would respond, yet no one did. In total, I spent $1800 on service calls for a problem that remains unresolved. While the company appears keen on collecting 5-star ratings, its responsiveness to customer issues seems conspicuously absent.

Angel was prompt, polite, and respectful. He got to work immediately and unclogged my kitchen sink. He ended up having to use the big snake and he got through the clog. I was extremely pleased with his work ethic and he didnâ t stop until the clog was gone. The only thing Angel didnâ t do was offer to wash all my dirty dishes I had piled up in my bathtub - LOL. I will definitely call Nahman again and recommend them to anybody having any problems with plumbing and other issues. Check them out, call them, make an appointment and you wonâ t be disappointed. I wasnâ t. Iâ ll be asking for Angel.

They were not the best at communication. They took a long while, didn't always hold up to their coverage areas, and ran up the bill without approval.

Came back for free when a little problem was found with the toilet seat being loose. A little expensive.

The original plumber that came did not listen as I knew the main sewer line was plugged. There was water under the house. I asked him to 'root' out the main line then but he insisted that we needed to see where the leak was prior to doing any work. The back bathroom was where the leak was from so he assured me that we could still use the front bathroom. Next morning (prior to the plumbers re-visit) water was under the house again due to the plugged up main line! I called to complain to the owner. He did pay for the second water remediation and made sure the main line was then unclogged.

On time as arranged. Knew exactly what problem was and sent for parts. Made temporary fix until parts arrived. Returned as arranged . Professional job.

Another plumber wanted to rip out a wall to replace a faucet in the bathtub which would have run over $1000.00 including to clear a slow moving drain. William Cruz said the facuet didn't need replacing after he worked on it a while and then took care of the slow drain. Cost was under $200.00.
