They did a great job. This project consisted of putting all the sinks and fixtures back in place, including a pedestal sink after all my baths were remodeled. They were quick but careful, professional and polite. I would recommend them to friends and family.

My experience starts with the salesman being late and ill prepared for the estimate. No ladder ,no tape measure, etc. To make this story even shorter when the installers finally show they end up coming with a unit that is to big for the attic no thanks to the salesman. They wanted to charge me for the new hole they had to make. The salesmanager never returned my call. It took another two weeks for the carpenter to patch up the hole the unclean, unprofessional, installers left. The installers left a mess outside in my driveway for others to clean. They left a mess in our hallway and were to lazy to get their shopvac out to clean their mess.

The serviceman was very nice, went over with me what needed to be done and gave me a quote for the entire job. He added in a discount and agreed to use my online coupon. The work was done in a timely manner and the serviceman was also very neat. I was assured the work would be guaranteed for a year if anything went wrong, and I am glad the company guarantees their work, as the next day, one of the pipes was leaking again. Within a couple hours of my call, the quality control manager came out and repaired the leak, and rechecked everything else. All has been fine since.

On the plumbing side there was 1 individual that was very knowledgeable the other seem to be sort of hap hazard with insufficient/sloppy working skills. However, the knowledgeable individual oversaw the other person's work and corrected the problems where necessary.

The customer service was excellent. They had to come out twice because the first service man installed the part incorrectly which caused the furnace to shut down again. They sent out anothr individual to correct it and he did an exceptional job. I would use this company again and refer them to friends. Thank you for your assistance. I love your service.

An inoperative item or incorrect install caused 45 days of problems and no comfortable temperatures able to be maintained. Finally fixed the problem. They never ignored us and we felt they were always trying, just very frustrated. Am withholding payment for a few weeks to make sure it works properly after 45 days of "H*ll" + waiting for my Electrical Bill which I want them to at least split with me since the unit ran nonstop 24 hours per day.
