Dave was my technician and was extremely knowledgeable in the band aid repair I asked for. When it comes time in the near future to replace the water softener I will be calling him back!!! He told me of several options for replacing and together we decided on the appropriate system. Absolutely did not try to over sell!!! I absolutely recommend Albert Soft Water, Inc!!!

Mr. Albert came out and met with us in person to explain the installation and the benefits of the water treatment system. His installers came to the house the next morning and within 75 minutes had completed the installation. Everyone was friendly and took time to answer all my questions. And, their price was the lowest of all the bids I received. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

George responded within no time and schedule the next day to come out and talk about my water softener needs. He was on time and personable. His quote was really good and they were offering discounts. I told him I needed to take a couple of weeks before a decision was made, he was very understanding and said to let him know when I was ready. I texted him that I had made my decision and he sent his team out within 3 days (as promised). The guys that came out for the install were professional , on-time and quick. they had the system up in no time flat and cleaned up after the install. I would highly recommend Albert Soft Water and his crew. On-time, great pricing and prompt service.
