Do not use this company for A/C repair. A technician charged me $225 for an ESTIMATE. He said that one of my units was INOPERABLE and quoted me for a new, several thousand $ unit. I sought a second opinion, and a technician from another company was able to FIX the unit within 10 minutes. When I do replace my A/C units, I will not purchase them from ABQ Plumbing, Heating, Cooling.

It is expensive to have them travel to Los Lunas from Albuquerque. They did a complete check of the inlet system and found no leak. Jose and his helper did a very good job of checking and were very professional.

My swamp cooler started blowing hot air on August 5. I called this company, who sent out a technician the next morning. Today, 2 weeks after the repair the swamp cooler again started blowing out hot air. I called this company and was told I would be charged overtime and a service charge for coming out. I told them they had just repaired the swamp cooler two weeks ago and why werent they backing up that repair? This company just is not trustworthy.

I was most satisfied with their service, but they promised to email a detailed invoice and, so far, I have not received such an invoice. However, my payment check cleared the bank the same day they provided the service. Please contact them to send the invoice as soon as possible. Thank you.
