Some of the work is good, some isnt. I actually hired her for multiple projects, didnt learn the first time that you get what you pay for. This last project was simply a bathroom floor retile which they had done before so I figured it wouldnt be a problem. But they didnt deal with a pattern before. They almost got it right, up until the final portion that overlaps into the next room where they messed up the pattern. Oh, and didnt fix it. Then they used the wrong color grout. The grout is also filled with chunks of debris because they didnt take the time to clean properly before applying the grout. The grout is the wrong color even though Id had them use the same color grout on three other tile projects in my home. She continues to insist that the white grout is grey. They had to take my bathroom door to shave down the bottom for clearance and when they brought it back it was gouged and left against the side of my garage. I have yet to hear back about even an offer to paint over the gouge. Iâ m paying another contractor to remove the white grout and regrout my floor with the proper color grout. And these arent even all the issues Ive had. Just the final straws.

Overall, a great remodeling effort. Alcala Designs provided designs/ideas to help with the decision making process. Ms. Alcala was easy to work with. Very professional. Basically, a complete home renovation was done - bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, painting. Appreciated the computer-based design of the kitchen. This made it easy to see what the kitchen would look like. They were very patient when we changed or tweaked plans until we were satisfied. Everything turned out beautifully.

Cambria Alcala and her team recently did a bathroom remodel in our home. Her business model offers design and construction services which removes a lot of the stress involved with a remodel. The remodel entailed the removal of a bathtub and shower and then rebuilding a larger shower and vanity. Her team worked very hard, were on-time and quite pleasant. Their work ethic and skill was very impressive which led to an excellent result. We would use her again if the need for another remodel arises.

They did an excellent work, Did everything according to the specified time of work. Would definitely recommend their service.
