Bathroom - Remodel
Craig and Lisa are great at design, have lots of creative energy and are very personable. Unfortunately, that is where their skill ended with our project. We hired them to remodel a bathroom, being guaranteed by them that they were experienced with tiling and construction. They put up wrong size drywall and did not identify the mistake. It wasn't until we requested they remove and replace, that it was done. They assured us they were experienced with tiling. It was after their attempt at tiling that we had to fire them. We presently have had to file a claim against them to try to recoup the cost of having to hire professionals to remove and fix inadequate work ,reorder tile, and other materials . It was a sad nightmare for us.
