Negative zero stars.Corruption to the Nth degree. Stole 18,000 from my mother. She can not recoup money. This criminal gets to walk while hundreds of families were stolen from millions of dollars. Pure evil. ?

BEWARE🫵🏼 We hired them in May, 2024 for impact windows and sliding door installation, the total amount for the job was $27000, they offered 12 months financing with no interest through a platform called Momnt, they now face multiple legal suits for defrauding many customers, their office is closed and empty, yet still Momnt pretends to collect. NO JOB WAS PERFOMED! They breached their contract and now the customers are facing a debt that will cause damage to credit scores and a huge amount of stress to their victims.

Do not use this company! Read latest Google reviews. They are being sued in Broward and Dade counties. If you're a victim, contact the DBPR and your local police or Sheriff's to file a report. Civil theft and abandonment are real crimes. Contact a construction attorney for civil law suits.

I wish I could save others from the horrible experience my family had with Alco Impact Windows. On 6/24/2023, we paid them $34,000 upfront for manufacturing and installation of impact windows in our home. They promised the windows would be ready in 10-14 weeks by late October/early November 2023. This turned into a year-long saga of repeated delays, missed deadlines, and empty reassurances from their representative. New timelines were continually provided throughout 2023 and 2024, but Alco seemed to make no real effort to actually meet any of them. We were trying to sell our home, but this debacle caused us significant stress, inconvenience, and financial losses. After nearly a year of delays, I requested a full refund on 3/20/2024 due to their breach of contract. Unfortunately, Alco Impact Windows' refusal to provide proper resolution has now forced us to pursue legal action against this dishonest company.

his review is written in 2/2022 and with the last two years being slowed by Covid related everything from materials and labor it was truly a blessing to have a project like this run so smoothly. I was very apprehensive about going forward with a project that was going to rip out all my windows and doors (20 windows and doors) it was something that could really go wrong! Well, it did not "go wrong" it went smooothhh! All construction projects have hiccups and changes but adapting is what makes a good company a great one. It took six months after the initial deposit was made to have the material delivered to job site and work began the same day. Having been involved in some sort of real estate for a number of years I have seen it all but was not prepared to actually deal with the complete package of all aspects of the job going smooth. What to expect when replacing doors and windows in an older home. 1) Shopping the market and getting prices and a feel for the company, reading reviews, asking questions about what it will look like when completed. For me when making a larger purchase or one that I have no knowledge of I read reviews and sort out the silly and nonsense ones, the ones paid for to boost ratings. When I researched Alco in Doral, it was too good to be true, it was like ALL of the companies I have dealt with long term. I have the same plumber, the same electricians and on and on because I am loyal to companies that do what they say they will do. 2) Getting the estimate and going over exactly what type of windows and doors are best for your application and even color. 3) Deposit time, now is when you are confidant you most likely made a good choice and write the check. 4) Wait and wait some more, remember these are all custom made. My wait time was 6 months (sigh) It would be less if factories could get more employees that want to work rather than collect government checks. Yep you get nervous around the 4th and 5th month but it is what it is! 5) Delivery and installation. 6) Wow be prepared to have lots of short-term anxiety but when you see the first window come out and then a new one go in, it gets better. For my job all most all the main work was completed in three days! Wow and on the fourth day the heavens opened up and the tiny details get done .I cannot say enough good things about the installers as they were guys who really give a darn about doing it right! In the end I was shocked getting a project I had limited knowledge on retrofitting to impact windows and doors and being so happy on the fourth day! Yippie yahoo. A shout out to my crew of installers, Yadan Lugo, Dagoberto Escalona, Yoan Hernandez, and Roger Hernandez. (Roger is not in the photos as he was solving a fit issue!

He is always available by phone, or in person and quickly takes care of any issues that arise. He is awesome. The quality of the job was great. When our City of Miami permit inspector came to review the finished job, he told me that he had just had Alco windows installed at his house and that the quality was top-notch. He really likes the company. I felt this was the best possible recommendation for hurricane impact doors/windows. Alco uses a Miami-based manufacturing plant to make the windows/doors so they are always close by in the unlikely event some issue crops up. You cannot go wrong with Humberto and Alco.

On time, quality work!

Luis was my first contact and was very informative and encouraging. I made an appointment and Adrian came and was awesome! He constantly explained to me what he was doing and why and was an exceptional professional, kind and has a great character and personality. They always answer or return my calls without fail. Adrain went out of his way to please me and I am grateful I found them on HomeAdvisor. I was not sure where to start to find a company, but once I found them on HomeAdvisor it turned out to be a relief. They did a great job!

The door had to be ordered from the manufacturer. It took 6 weeks to arrive.

Luis did a professional and exact job on replacing an exterior door and reinforcing my garage door. Considering a hurricane was coming,he did a great job securing the materials in such a short time.He kept us informed as to the time table it would take to complete. His pricing was very reasonable. He is very personable and honest. My brother-in-law has hired him to put in impact windows in his house. For overall work and pricing, nobody better in Miami today.

Adrian and Luis were exceptional. I researched so many companies before I picked one to replace my battered exterior french doors and large single hung window. I needed extra security in these plus they started just falling apart. Other companies tried to up sell me, quoted double yes double the price and then two others from another company just stared waiting for the boss. I mention what happened before ALCO got the job because I was in despair. When they came in, they presented themselves as professionals, were neat, organized, discussed options and gave a written estimate which they stuck to. In fact, they were the ONLY company that bothered to board up broken window panes for me...free. It was a wait for the materials but they prepared me for that and managed to even get them on time in hurricane season. Anytime I called or texted, they answered me quickly. They never got annoyed with the smallest question. Today was the big day. I figured it would take about 1 1/2 days with all the work to do..They finished in about 3-4 hours. The french doors look beautiful (measurements were exact) and the extra locking security on them was just as promised. The window was a breeze too. There wasn't a speck of dust in my room where the doors exited to the outside. Cosmetically, even the caulking was a clean line. No breaking of concrete or any problem. They offered to come back even if the caulk retracted! They threw the garbage out for me including the glass and it was cleaner when they left than before. The money. They got the deposit, recorded carefully, explained everything to me. When the bal. was paid, same thing. Absolutely not even the cost of a screw was added. I would say it was a fair price for the work but actually it was better than that as I had peace of mind with them here.I didnt want to tell them but actually they were the best estimate I got too. So, as they were leaving, I looked at my front windows (I have a mountain of windows back and front). I asked and yes, I am going to start by replacing the front ones first with more impact glass. Usually i m glad when workmen leave but they were kinda light hearted and Ill be looking forward to working with them again.Adrian and Luis are highly recommended for any window and door issues you have. I had an emergency situation and needed my front door replaced, They offered me 3 choices and all 3 were within my budget for this job. There work was excellent and they take pride in the quality of there work. After they finished the only sign that they were there was my beautiful new door. I
