Incredibly satisfied with the service and communication we received (and still receive) from this company. We feel that our home has the right amount of security for its size, and didn't feel like we were up-sold or convinced to purchase unnecessary equipment or coverage. My husband travels for work quite often, and having an alarm system in place brings me extra comfort when he is away. I accidentally broke one of my door sensors and reached out to Ben (my alarm contact) for information on who to call for a replacement. To my surprise, one showed up in the mail within days. He even followed up to make sure I didnâ t have any issues installing the new sensor. Top notch customer service, excellent price.

I ve had other security systems and services in the past, and it usually starts out well, but then after a few months the costs start going up and you have to pay more and more to keep the same level of service. Needless to say, I was a little nervous that Alder would have a similar model if I signed up for their service, but they are very honest and straightforward with what the costs are and there were no extra charges or fees when I got the first bill. The alarm system technology is fantastic, no wiring or other utilities to be installed in order to get up and running. I now feel very safe and secure when we are home and also when our family is traveling I have no concerns about our house being broken into. I would highly recommend using Alder over any of the other security services out there today.

My experience with having an alarm system installed and monitored by Alder was great! I worked with Ben on the initial setup, and they had the alarm system installed the same day. The whole process was really easy. Ben was very pleasant to work with, and he answered all of my questions. I was impressed with the components of the new system and the ease-of-use.
