Tim and his team were amazing to work with, and the job they completed turned out better then I could imagine. My neighbors came over and were so highly impressed that they will look at highering them future projects. I will recommend them to everyone.

Absolutely horrible. Stay away. They said they were coming in 1-2 days. They never showed and its been a week with no communication. My grass has suffered greatly in this 90 plus heat.

Very impressed with their professionalism and keeping in contact with us throughout the project. They cleaned up and Tim stopped by in the evening when the project was complete to make sure we were happy with everything.

Betty B This company is the who built my patio in the first place. after the first year he came and added fill in low areas this early spring he did come out to look at it and said he wasn't expecting to see what he saw,he said the wall would have to be taken down and the patio rebuilt. he didn't put in drain tile or frabic between cources or set back the blocks like he should have. I had to call the block company to get him out here the first time?? He never called me or made any effort untill I contacted you on line and was given 3 choices his being one of them. the other company came out and gave me a quote how long it would take I was impressed. Then Alderink called and asked what was going on and he was going to do it so I said I would give him another chance haven't heard a word. He promised to be here the first part of july . I am so disappointed. I hope to hear from someone about this.

"This is a very disappointing review to read. I have a message to Betty about this issue that she responded to last week. The message was that we would be repairing her wall next week. To which she asked if we could get there sooner and I said I would try. The reason the wall is failing is because the hill in which her patio sits is sliding into the pond below it. We met with the county this spring because of this issue. They agreed that the hill was sliding, it was not because the wall was installed incorrectly. Betty agreed with this. The wall is only about 18" high which normally would not require us to use drain tile or geo grid. We were going to add drain tile and geo grid to try to stabilize the wall against the hill. The only true way to fix the wall is stop the hill from eroding, we would need to add rip rap to the bottom of the hill. The county agreed that we could do this, unfortunately this is costly and was decided against. We have Betty on the schedule for next week to repair this which was discussed in the messages. I am sure Betty is disappointed in having to have the wall repaired, and I understand her frustration but to say she had not heard from us is untrue. Timelines as to when we can get to jobsites must be flexible because we are dealing with weather and other factors. I apologize for her situation and we are trying to remedy it."

We would recommend these guys 110%. Not only were they concerned that the job was done right, but they were super concerned that it was exactly as my husband envisioned it. Tim was here or checked in on the job several times. VERY reasonable. Thanks Tim and guys.!!! Great job.

Alderink Custom Landscaping did a very good job. They worked quickly, and cleaned up when they were done. I love my new patio! When Tim gave me the original estimate, it was so reasonable that I almost doubled the starting size. It was no problem for Tim. My ugly retaining wall is gone. Replaced with boulders and mulch. But I'm still waiting for suggestions on plants for the new rock garden.

We were totally satisfied with Alderink Custom Landscaping. They responded quickly, gave us a fair estimate of cost, started and finished the work quickly. Their crew did and excellent job and did a full clean-up before leaving. We would definitely use this company again.

You will never see Mr. Aderink after he gives you a quote and you will never be able to get a hold of him for questions. My sprinkler system does not work and I have left messages and he does not return them. I asked for a rain sensor and never got that either. Very disappointed and frustrated.

"Tim, the owner of the company does the bidding and the coordinating of the work. As well as getting the materials for the jobs. He is not on every jobsite. Our second in charge was there installing the sprinkler system. When we left the job the sprinkler system was working. They called on a Friday afternoon saying the system was not working and they wanted a rain sensor (which was not on the original bid) We returned the call on Monday and had someone out there to fix it and install the rain sensor on Tuesday. We apologize for their frustration, but we did get out there to get it fixed."

Initially, we were very happy with the work. Alderink did good quality work and it was done very timely. We had him repair our gravel driveway because it washed out when it rained. The day after he did the work, it rained and the driveway washed out again. We had discussed this possibility, and he said that if this happened he would come back to repair it right away. We had the work done in May. Now it is September. He has yet to return even though we had called him at least four times in the weeks following the repair to schedule a time for him to come back.

I would never use alderink custom landscaping again!!! Make sure you get everything in writing...and i mean EVERYTHING!!!....and make sure you're on the same page and he knows exactly what is to be done!

Excellent value. Carefully executed and completed prior to estimated completion date. Completed more work than initially requested. Cleaned up the debris and moved it to a requested site on the property. Great team, very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Would recommend Alderink Custom Landscaping!!!

I HIGHLY recommend Alderink Landscaping!! They came to do an estimate right away, were half the cost of other estimates we had gotten, came and put our patio in a week later and only took a day and a half to complete. The patio turned out perfectly!!! These guys did a excellent job and were very professional, even going the extra mile by putting plywood down on our lawn so they didnt rip it up with their skid loader (and they were the only company out of 6 we got estimates from who do that!)
