Owner Jim Pemberton is a Certified InterNACHI Professional Inspector, also California Association of Realtors Certified, with over 25 years of combined experience in construction, building maintenance, property management and inspections. Specializing in Escrow Inspections, we offer flexible scheduling and payments, and our digital inspection reports are always completed and delivered within 24 hrs. Our liability insurance certificate is always available and can be provided immediately upon request.

My husband and I hired Jim to perform a pre purchase home inspection in Paradise, CA because he was ASHI Certified. Jim exceeded our expectations. Jim was on time, did a thorough job inspecting the house, the shop, the property. Jim's report was nicely detailed and he went over everything and included all photographs on a jump drive.
