he wanted the money up front, but agreed on half. i come home from work and the crew had started but had the nerve to enter my garage without asking and use my wheel barrel to move the old, busted up cement, left it IN MY DRIVEWAY, and did not even put the railing in the stoop. the guy calls wanting the rest of the money. i refused until he put the railing in and removed the debris from my driveway. they did it, but left big gaps in the siding where the rail meets the house. they finally fixed it but left nails all over driveway - several flat tires had to be replaced/fixed.

Mr. Aldridge is obviously not familiar with the commercial work environment, his lack of understanding how invoices are submitted, and the amount of time required to receive payment for services rendered has caused a unsavory first time experience. we don't plan on using his services again, and hope he will get the education and information to help him be more professional in the future.

"The last door repair I did was on a companies garage door that we did on 6-24-08, and we have still not been paid for it. So our lack of understanding for the amount of time is kind of understandable because it is now July 31 and we still have not received payment."

I was hoping to get a pro but this man is not professional in any way. He is very nice upfront but didn't keep an appt we had or even call to let me know he was sick and couldn't be there. He sent his son to frame the window and when I expressed the fact that framing still needed to be done on the outside of the building and that I still had no window sill as we had agreed upon, he quit in the middle of the job. The framing is not finished and the painting is not finished. This man said he could do a professional job, but I'm sorry I couldn't recommend him for anything.

"On the case of me being sick, I installed the window the day before. First the window that was there was too big for the opening, there is a sill in but we put a water resistant drywall return in over the sill so that there would be no reason for any leaks. She didn't have any of the interior paint that matched what was there, after stating that she had some. She just wasn't ready for the work."

Aldridge Properties was extremely prompt on assisting me. They immediatley scheduled an appt. to view the work that was needed to be done. However, we will be recontacted them to schedule a day between June 12 or 13th to complete the work.
