Gary was great to work with, very thorough, explained every detail.

On the scheduled day of install, technition did not show up. On the rescheduled day, he was two hours late. Still waiting for training on system.

This company was VERY easy to work with and the Tech they sent out was excellent. His name was Jose Cisneros, and I found him consistently & distinctly to be exceeding the standards I expected of anyone in that position. His technical ability is far superior to the norm anyone would expect. His performance in customer service was A+ in all areas. I plan on using him again for any future repairs without a doubt. Congrads to the company for having such a great person on staff. Tom

Gary was an awesome installer. Very knowledgeable! He trouble shooted the problem with my alarm system and fixed it with no problem. I would recommend him with no hesitation!!

Always on time - inflated the price on one small option - was able to get multiple systems to work together -- knows the electronics.

The bad: The person who did my installation (Gary) was obnoxious, opinionated, and frustrating. He spent too much time telling me that because I’m a woman I need to carry an alarm remote with me everywhere I go in the house, even though I assured him I’m not afraid. He also shared personal opinions about things that I really did not care or want to know about. He was quick and efficient and getting the work done, but it seemed like he could’ve made all of this easier on himself and on me. He was there forever too... a couple hours, which seemed excessive. Furthermore, I was frustrated that no one let me fill out the paperwork myself. They did all of it for me, so it felt like time was wasted on me spelling things like my email address more than once or I had to repeat what I wanted for a security word a few times. It was also shocking that Gary was rude to the customer service people on the phone, he had no patience for them, which wasn’t impressive. Overall, I think I would suggest that they get someone doing the installation who is a bit more appropriate and who doesn’t chit-chat about his opinions in the world. The good: I had a heck of a time with a different security company that the previous house owners were using (tried for 4 weeks to get the alarm set up) and reached out to House Advisor to help me find people who could help. I got set up in a matter of four days after reaching out with Gary and his crew, which was such a relief to me. Plus, despite the excess opinions and all of that from Gary, he did do a good job of setting everything up the way I wanted and seems to genuinely care about me. He gave me his personal number if I ever am in a pinch and need is help, which was thoughtful and went above and beyond what he needed to do. I also appreciated that he didn’t charge me to replace all the batteries or for the remote (even though I didn’t want it). I think he cares, which means I will tolerate some of the irritating stuff because at least he gets the job done and does it well.

Quick response giving us a professional and thorough review of our needs. Very quick turnaround time for installation. Professional installation and, so far, happy with the security system.

All the staff that I encountered was wonderful. Very helpful answered all my question. The install was done very professionally, and he cleaned up after. THANKS!!!!!
