I could not be more pleased and have no reservations in recommending Alex to others. My GE Monogram refrigerator stopped cooling... another appliance shop looked at it and quoted me $900, telling me I needed a new compressor. Alex came out and fixed it for less than $200. He explained everything he did as he worked on it - I'm an engineer and really appreciated this. He is very honest and explains all your options. The next time I have an appliance problem I will be calling Alex!

Alex called and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. I had been told by "Box Appliance" that I needed to rebuild the refrigerator(Sub Zero) at a cost of $2000. Alex did his own troubleshooting and found it was the thermostat (not every other part). The Sub Zero is working great and Alex saved us a lot of $$$$. Great Guy, professional and courteous. I will definitely call him should we need future appliance repairs.

Alex came to our home and identified the problem as no problem but rather just a little moisture buildup that had dried out by the time he arrived. As promised, he only charged $15 for the service call. What a relief to find a trustworthy appliance repair service. Alex will always be our first call from now on. Thanks Alex.

He educated me about my dishwasher and was extremely honest. He could have easily pushed for the more expensive repair that was not necessary, but had the integrity not to.
