Alex Brown upcharged us $500 for a part that is online for less than $150. When that part then did not work, he stopped returning our calls and ghosted us. We were polite and professional with him, and he just took our money and scammed us. Beware of working with him!

"Never received this Angi or Home Advisor lead when I tried to look it up and call this person. They did not exist in the system. I have been with Angi home advisor for over 14 years with almost all 5 star ratings and now I start over charging and don?t answer the phone or respond? Not realistic. Call my number and see how fast I answer or return messages. Alex Brown."

Had all the things to fix our wall inlet plates that were cut off by our remodelers. He also installed extensions so that the inlets could reach the vacuum pipe behind the new wainscoting. Alex is a friendly, knowledgeable professional who goes above and beyond. Would definitely hire him again for future central vac needs!
