Alex was early for the appointment. He was very professional. He explained what he was going to do before he started. Gave several scenario of how to fix the repair. The repair looked great. I would call him again for any carpet issues.

Alex got back to me when I put in my request on home advisor. He was flexible with appointments and was available fairly quickly. Alex was very accommodating with my requests regarding his arrival ( We have 2 protective dogs). He was friendly and didn't seem to mind me hanging around while he worked. I was really happy with Alexâ s work. He completed a custom cut so that I can add cabinets in my office. He restretched the carpet when the cuts were complete and promised to return when my cabinets are in to tuck and stretch the carpet if it needs it. I would recommend Alex anytime!
