Alex was extremely friendly and professional. He and his partner worked very hard, and I enjoyed knowing them. Their price was very competitive. I have recommended them to a number of people.

Alex was prompt in answering our request for a quote, and his pricing was much more reasonable than another quote we had received. The job he did was as close to perfect as can be, and my wood floors looked better than when they were first installed. We were so pleased with his work that we paid him more than he had bid the price for.

He showed up when he said he was going to and finished the job in a day and a half. My refinished wood floors are beautiful.

Alex repaired a few locations where the boards had lifted up due to structural settlement. It looks great!

He did not check the floor to see if it was level before installation. I am having issues with the floor due to this and I can't trust him back in my house again. I had a floor inspection done and the inspector found several issues with the installation. If you would like a copy of the report I can provide it. Not installed according to manufacturer;s recommendations. Floor looks good but the planks are buckling and moving away from each other. My attorneys are handling the issue, he needs to refund me. He cannot provide me with an invoice for the materials he purchased. He claims the problem is me.

Alex was very honest and gave me a very clear idea of what to expect during our refinishing project. We could not be happier with the timeliness and cleanliness of his work and our floors look gorgeous. I would definately use him again.

Great job on a floor that is almost 60 yrs old. Finished project is absolutely beautiful. This project was not straight forward due to the age and condition of the flooring, but Alex did a beautiful job. Will definately use again.

He came out to do my floors and unfortunately the whatever coating that was used on the floor started to peel and buckle or blister off the floors and they're going to have to be refinished again.
