They were plesant. Had enough men for the job. His daughter provided constant reassurance when the job hit a couple of snags. They took care of the problem promptly, it did not cause any harm. Their price was fair.

We had a bit of trouble communicating at first, but once we got past that I was very pleased with the work and the price. I would recommend writing down the specifics of the place, time, and job you want done so that both parties are clear about what is needed and when.

The work was completed to my satisfaction one week after I approved the estimate. The crew cleaned up the job site well. I liked the guy who did the estimate. He is good at explaining how it should be done. I chose Alex Iron over the other bidder because of the on the spot bid. It took 5 days to get the estimate e-mailed by the compeditor.

He was extremely knowlegeable in his field. He also quoted me a phenominal price. WAY!!! under the competitor for the same materials, which also included installation and tax. They were prompt for both free quote and intallation. I would highly recommend Alex Gutters and Iron Works to anyone who needs a new iron fence.
