Alex Perez Roofing was performing a roofing repair down my street and I personally met with Alex Perez to review my roof leak and provide a solution. Very nice man and he provided a thorough in-depth analysis and what needed to be done. The work occurred efficiently without incident. BUT, the rains had all but stopped so the roof repair was never tested until a year later. When the seasonal rains commenced the following year, there was still a leak. I called Alex and he did not hesitate to deploy an expert crew to fix the problem. He is a man of his word and I highly recommend him and his company. I will use them again!! Bill in Davis, CA

Alex was very professional and easy to work with. He replaced tiles on the roof and did flashing repair near the chimney. Very good job with a great warranty!

We had a leaky roof and needed someone to come over to give it a look. Alex replied very quickly and said he could come out and at least tarp if needed. Due to another commit he couldn't get to our house for 3 days. When he got here he and his crew took pictures of the damage and gave me a quote. He then came out the next day, fixed the leak and took "after" pics. Good guy/good work.

Alex did a great job within a reasonable amount of time. He was at the job when he said he would be there and finished the job. If I ever needed another roof job done, he would b e the one I would call.

Alex provided a fair estimate to clean our 2-story gutters, spent extra time making sure all dirt/debris from 17 yrs was thoroughly cleared from our downspouts, and he even sealed 2 roof tiles he’d found that were broken.
