Made an appointment was to be called back for confirmation, I ended up calling them 4 days later to confirm day and time. 9am appointment 930 no show called was told they'd call back. Did not. I called at 10am. Was told they had to drop off baby are on the way. Called at 1030, told they were picking up garbage bags would be there soon. Told them not to bother and they rescheduled me for 9am the next week again saying they would check the schedule and call me back. Still waiting on call back. A month so far! All they had to do was call me and keep me informed with honest information.
