Alex of Alexander Appraisals did a great job! He was prompt, professional, quick getting the appraisal done and getting back to you if he didn't answer the phone. This was an estate appraisal on the other side of the state, and had to be done for the owners date of passing. This info for the work order wasn't given to Alex by my relative who lives in the home when he arrived. A month passed since I spoke with him and the time the appraisal was scheduled by my relative. More time passed before I called about the appraisal and the wrong date. Alex explained that he wasn't given that info for the work order when he arrived at the home. However, he did remember our phone call, and offered to re-do the appraisal at no cost. I knew the error was on our end and offered payment for the re-do. He refused payment and quickly sent me a corrected appraisal, which included new comps and values. It was a stressful time for my family, and Alex's above and beyond service was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend!
