We hired this man because we had a lot to do and I could not assemble the desk myself. He not only did not assemble the desk but he ruined it. Now I have to get another desk and I want compensation for that.

The handyman showed up and I had hired him for 3 hours to do 3 things, hang a ceiling fan, replace toilet parts, and hang a bifold door. After replacing the ceiling fan ( which was done incorrectly) He had to suddenly leave to pick his children up. That was fine and he was to come back the next day at 9:30. He finally showed up at 12 with his children. He had forgotten they had a dentist appointment. We rescheduled for the next Tuesday at 9:30. He never showed up and I never heard from him. Just day before yesterday he finally came back cause he had left his ladder. He apologized and I gave him his ladder back. I didn't want to hear any excuses.

I had my mailbox and mailpost stand installed. After a car accident taken the previous one down. Mr. Alex made me an appointment on the following day. The following day was a Saturday. He kindly, accepted my request. He carried himself with great professionalism and a great sense of humor. I want to thank him so much! Because my family did not have any mail delivered over a week.

Do not hire! Never completed job. Reported to the Better Business Bureau. I cannot rate the service because he never started after receiving a significant deposit. He is no longer responding to my messages or the complaint filed with the BBB. DO NOT USE THEM!
