It was a nightmare. Delays, excuses, and months overdue. It ended with the closure of the company and us to deal with the fallout.

Wow! I can't say enough about Shawn and Carrie. They were very professional and understanding of my needs/wants and really put my mind at ease through this process. We did an (almost) complete interior re-model on my home and I am more than satisfied with the results! Thanks again you two! Alexander Custom Homes was incredible. Their crew was so nice, very professional, and all around so easy to work with. I have a 3 year old running around and they made sure they cleaned up at the end of every day and barely left a trace that they were even there (besides the work they had done). Their price was phenomenal for the work they did and exceeded my expectations. It was a very good experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Personal Service with attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Showed up when scheduled, punctual in work scheduling, worked closely with customer to ensure the customer needs/desires were met and exceeded. Very nice experience working with Shawn, Gary and Jonnie.
