I had some cracked and crumbling mortar, loose bricks, water intrusion, and rust on my stairs. I put in this project on May 11, same day I got the call from Mr. Davis, and he was on site to quote me the next day. The team did a fantastic job, they scraped out and re-pointed all the brick, treated for rust, and added a waterproof coating to the brick to ensure no more water intrusion. The job was done quickly and professionally, and the team at Davis Contracting communicate professionally and promptly. I will be using them again.

Alexander and his team led by Sergio did a great and thorough job! The old wood deck needed so much repair that Alexander rebuilt it with new floor boards and rails. The exterior window sills on the deck side of the house were also replaced. Alexander has a keen eye for detail. I will use Mr. Davis again for other needs.

Badly needed repair of soffit and fascia on our 190-year-old house. Mr. Davis quickly assessed, then offered a fair quote without any doubletalk. His crew started almost immediately and their work ethic, skill/talent and attention to detail proved unsurpassed. Partway through we decided to add some roofing repair--no problem. All in all they devoted more hours and more effort than expected, and the end resulted exceeded expectation. As I told Mr. Davis, if we could give you 6 stars, we would.

I hired Mr. Davis to replace all of the wood trim around my home, however the crew that was sent out simply painted over the damaged wood. After speaking to his daughter, the miscommunication was remedied and she immediately sent her crew back out to replace all of the wood. Fabulous work and response to my concerns

A wall of a barn had become unattached to the foundation. The repair needed was not obvious, but Mr Davis knows exactly how to repair it. Work was completed on time and was expertly done.

Mr. Davis delivered outstanding service! Within 90 seconds of submitting my project, Mr. Davis called me. I needed to replace a cracked plastic skylight in the middle of winter, and he personally came to my house within 24 hours to assess the project and provide a quote on the spot. The very next day, his team arrived to start the job. They carefully measured the old skylight and sourced the UV-rated glass I wanted to reduce heat, avoiding the cheap plastic option I was replacing. The installation was quick and flawless, and it was completed in just a few hours. The teams craftsmanship was top-notch, and they left my space spotless. They did a great job they got here exactly the time they said to get here, They said they'll be here at 8 o'clock and they seated in my driveway at 8oclock, it was dark and they used a flashlight. When they finish they cleaned up everything.

Great contractor. We needed brick pointing done. His quote was reasonable. I asked if he should replace the brick stairs and he said you don’t need to and that all we need to is repair it and seal it and it will last a long time. He was honest about that. So far so good. Quality is excellent. Highly recommended

Great team, quality install.

He used substandard wood after promising to use the same wood from the original deck. He acted like a crazy man when questioned and pretended to have a heart attack on the phone. His worker put down the surface with no spaces between boards and had to redo the work. He showed up in the middle of the day with his daughter demanding a check even though the work was not complete. He acts like a crazy man. Run from this contractor.

Mr. Davis and his team did a great job updating our trim, siding, repairing the chimney, and adding a last-minute addition to our contract, a set of stairs in our backyard. The team is so versatile that the same 3 gentlemen did all three jobs. We feel like the price was fair and it was a fixed fee. I would recommend Davis Contracting.
