Davis Contracting

Great job. Timely turn around

Very professional. Met with the owner who explained the work in detail and the estimate was fair with no surprises. The office communication/scheduling and verification of owner receiving when and how many workers was top notch. The workers were professional, answered all my questions (in English) as the project moved along. Clean up was an exceptional. Highly recommend.

We started with deck floor replacement and expanded to include painting white wood trim on the house, pressure washing and sealing roof, and replacement of wood fence. All work was done continuously - meaning crew wasn't diverted to other jobs. Good clean up. Good job all around.

The work was done with great care and detail. Thanks for the great job.

Davis contracting did a remarkable job repairing rotted exterior wood, painting all trim, replacing an old set of wooden steps to my back door and power washing and sealing my aging fence. Everything looks great. The construction team was skilled and diligent in their work and left the grounds completely cleaned up after each work day. I highly recommend Davis Contracting.

Got the work done on time and completely satisfied

Job well done and workmen very professional

I had some cracked and crumbling mortar, loose bricks, water intrusion, and rust on my stairs. I put in this project on May 11, same day I got the call from Mr. Davis, and he was on site to quote me the next day. The team did a fantastic job, they scraped out and re-pointed all the brick, treated for rust, and added a waterproof coating to the brick to ensure no more water intrusion. The job was done quickly and professionally, and the team at Davis Contracting communicate professionally and promptly. I will be using them again.

Very satisfied.

Customer service was good. The post was installed within 2 hours. Looks like it will last for many years.

nnnnnnnnnnnnn

Very good, the workers arrived on time; finished on time, even when as in all jobs something extra always comes up, clean up after the job

Solid work. Had a response immediately for some emergency work and the team came out two days later to get it done.

very professional efficient and we are very pleased with the results.

Very professional. Fast service and good price.

Alexander and his team led by Sergio did a great and thorough job! The old wood deck needed so much repair that Alexander rebuilt it with new floor boards and rails. The exterior window sills on the deck side of the house were also replaced. Alexander has a keen eye for detail. I will use Mr. Davis again for other needs.

Badly needed repair of soffit and fascia on our 190-year-old house. Mr. Davis quickly assessed, then offered a fair quote without any doubletalk. His crew started almost immediately and their work ethic, skill/talent and attention to detail proved unsurpassed. Partway through we decided to add some roofing repair--no problem. All in all they devoted more hours and more effort than expected, and the end resulted exceeded expectation. As I told Mr. Davis, if we could give you 6 stars, we would.

I hired Mr. Davis to replace all of the wood trim around my home, however the crew that was sent out simply painted over the damaged wood. After speaking to his daughter, the miscommunication was remedied and she immediately sent her crew back out to replace all of the wood. Fabulous work and response to my concerns

Alexander was great to do business with. His guys took their time and did an excellent job repairing the exterior wood on my home to prepare it for sale. Thank you for a job well done!

A wall of a barn had become unattached to the foundation. The repair needed was not obvious, but Mr Davis knows exactly how to repair it. Work was completed on time and was expertly done.

I had my attic ladder/door replaced. The 2 guys showed up on time and did a quality job. Mr. Davis was nice and professional on the phone. Would recommend and use again.

my elderly parents just desperately needed railings installed for their safety they came out quickly and exceeded our expectation. I would recommend them to anyone.

The workers were very professional, there were installing these outside railings during very bad weather, lots of rain and snow and they just kept working.

His very excellent. And i will use him again.

I spoke with Mr. Davis and he was very friendly and easy to work with.
