Replaced poorly installed toilet seal. He contacted me within an hour of my request and arrived the same afternoon even though the original appointment was for 3 days later. He showed me the source of the leak and quoted me a fixed price which was very reasonable. I will definitely call him again if I need a plumber.

Solved a water problem and installed a water filtration system.They were on time, professional and had great costumer service.

Repaired a leaky faucet for us, so far so good! Great customer service and were available right away, even after business hours. We appreciated that they were able to diagnose the problem, and they didn't recommend a bigger job than what was needed.

The guys came out and fixed a problem we had been dealing with for years! Both were great at explaining what they were seeing and explaining step by step what they were doing. Honest company and I didn't feel like they were pressuring me to fix another issue they found right away. We will definitely be hiring them for other projects when needed. Highly recommend!

These two young men were polite and friendly. They were more than willing to and did wear masks upon my request. They actually arrived at an earlier time than they had first estimated. They worked quickly and quietly. They left the work space spotless. A very positive experience.

I had an emergency with water spraying out all over the floor. He came within 10 min. and fixed the problem. He explained all that was wrong and the fix that would be required. Luckily for me, he had the part on his truck and fixed it right away. I also explained other plumbing problems that I was having, and he sent his helper Tim to completely fix everything, since he had another complicated job that he could not leave. I would highly recommend him and will hire him for my next job.

An unexpected surprise blockage of our kitchen sink drain could not be solved with my reasonable plumbing skills and a 25-foot snake. Through Home Advisor, I found Alex Datko to be available the same day. He and his helper Tim arrived ahead of schedule and solved our problem quickly with a motorized snake and excellent detective work to be sure that any potential associated problems from the house to the street were avoided, all with keeping a clean work area, having a friendly attitude, and most importantly, having a very reasonable price. My problem was solved and I remain impressed!

Alex came out and reviewed both a water heater and garbage disposal installation. I was impressed by his knowledge and through explanations. He did an excellent job on both and didn't charge me more due to having to return and replace the damaged water heater that I bought. Excellent work & very competitive price. I highly recommend him.

Alex came out on the morning of the 4th of July. He charged no additional fee for holiday work. He gave us the estimate and did the work the same day. I would recommend Alex as he is professional and courteous, not to mention prompt.

He was polite and courteous and it was apparent from our communication, that he was very knowledgeable about what we were dealing with. He was so good and his prices were so reasonable that we asked him to do another job while he was here and have scheduled him to come back another day for additional projects. I would highly recommend him and as I said, have already scheduled him for additional projects. He is hard-working, prompt, and a very skilled plumber.
